At JRB Dog Treats, we want to make ordering as simple and convenient as possible. Please review our shipping options below.

Local Delivery

We’re happy to offer free local delivery on qualifying orders:

Delivery to Atherstone is also available on Tuesday/Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

For customers outside our local delivery areas, we ship with Royal Mail:

Choose between 24-hour or 48-hour delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Please allow for variations in shipping times depending on location and time of year.

If you are a JRB Dog Walking client, we can deliver your order during your next booked walk or pet care visit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with JRB Dog Treats.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available on unused and unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.
Exchanges
If you prefer, we’re happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund, provided the item meets our return requirements.
